Verify a credential
Check a member ID or a certificate number against the federation's records. Every result states how the federation knows what it reports — whether it is traced to a recorded examination, held as a legacy record, or read from the old hand-maintained register.
What this check can and cannot tell you
The credential is traced to a grading held by the federation, with a panel, a scorecard and a recorded decision behind it. This is the strongest statement the federation makes about a grade.
A real grade awarded before the federation kept digital examination records. The federation holds evidence for it, but there is no examination scorecard in this system to trace it to. It is carried honestly rather than erased — and never presented as examined.
Read from the federation's older hand-maintained list, which is used only while the records database is unavailable. It is the weakest claim this service can make, and it is labelled as such every time it is used.
Two results people misread
Revoked. A withdrawn credential is reported as REVOKED, with the reason, rather than disappearing. A revoked certificate that simply vanished from this page would look exactly like one that never existed.
Not found. This means the federation's records hold nothing under that identifier. It is a statement about the identifier — not about a person, and not proof that somebody has never been graded. Check the spelling, then contact the office.
If this page reports that the service is unavailable, that is a fault at the federation's end. It is not a result about the identifier you entered, and it should be retried.
The federation publishes nothing private here: no contact details, no date of birth, no examination marks and no examiner names. Queries are logged as counts against a hashed address so unusual enumeration can be detected.
