Create an account.

An account is how the federation knows which record is yours. It is not a membership, not a licence and not an appointment — those are decisions MMAKF takes about a person, and an account is only where the answer arrives.

Your details

Email address

This is the address you will sign in with. The federation sends no verification message to it — no email transport is configured — so an address you mistype simply will not sign in.

Password

At least 12 characters. Length is what resists cracking, so there is no rule about capitals or symbols — a phrase you can remember is stronger than Passw0rd! and easier to type on a phone. Paste from a password manager works.

Repeat the password

Checked on the server. There is no password reset by email on this deployment, so a mistyped password is a trip to the federation office.

Your name (optional)

Recorded against the account so a reviewer reading a later application knows who filed it. It confers nothing, and it does not link the account to a member record — the federation office does that.

Read this first

An account grants nothing.

Creating an account does not make you a member, a coach, a referee, an official or a seller. A new account holds no authority at all: it can read its own record, and every other page in the federation system refuses it — not because a screen hides a button, but because the authority is genuinely absent.

Authority arrives one way. You apply, a person at MMAKF reads the application and decides, and only then does the account hold anything. Until that decision, your portal will look empty. That is the system working, not a fault.

What you can apply for

What happens next

You create an account. It holds nothing.
You apply for what you actually do — instructor, examiner, referee, judge, athlete, member — or to sell through the federation shop. Each application carries whatever evidence you choose to attach.
MMAKF reviews it. A named person with the authority to confer that role decides, and records a reason either way.
If approved, the account holds that role, in the scope the application named and no wider. If refused, you are told why.

The federation has not set a review turnaround time, so this page does not promise one.

Privacy

Your address and password are all this page stores. Passwords are hashed with scrypt and are never recoverable — not by you, and not by the federation office. No verification email is sent, because this deployment has no email transport; nothing here will tell you to check an inbox for a message that is never coming.
