Every athlete, instructor, dojo and official of the federation carries a unique MMAKF ID, recorded in the national register and verifiable by anyone, anywhere.

Choose what you are applying for — the form then asks only the questions that apply to you. You receive an application number and a private status link as soon as it is submitted.
- 01 Submit the application — save your application number and status link.
- 02 The office verifies your details with your state or district unit.
- 03 Any fee is as advised by the federation office — no amount is published on this site.
- 04 Your MMAKF ID is issued and entered in the national register.
Applicants under 18 must give parent or guardian details and guardian consent. That section appears once a date of birth is entered.

Save this link now. It carries a private access code and is the only way to check this application later — it is not emailed to you and cannot be recovered from the application number alone. Do not share it.
Quote the application number in all correspondence. Any fee is as advised by the federation office.
Verify a member ID.
Any MMAKF ID can be checked against the national register — by schools, tournament organisers, employers or parents.
